It's hard to take in that Veronica is not here. She's been a good presence in my life and we spent a lot of time together staging 'FACE' her Eurasian story solo show in Poland, with LearningWithoutBorders. Introduced by a mutual friend Andrew, we became friends first through work, and then beyond. We lived separate lives in different countries, but meeting again after a few years of not seeing each other either at a London cafe or at Veronicas Battersea flat felt as if those years had not been there. 
And hers was the first show I brought to Poland, staged at the Buffo Theatre in Warsaw, or the Japanese Centre in Kraków, or the Korez Theatre in Katowice, and many others... It was a new art &  education business I had just set up and Veronica trusted me and came to Poland.
Kind, passionate, funny.
I am sad but also understand that death is part of life. And maybe it's not over. Goodbye Veronica, and see you for a hot pot in that other life.
